The quality of the food and the service of the restaurant has declined. I might as well stop at Panera if I want to eat out of a paper bag. You can no longer get room service from the restaurant - you get a to go box.
We have hosted multiple company and customer events. I have stayed here 3 of every four weeks for the last six years including through the pandemic. This hotel continues to decline from being a first rate business hotel to no longer providing services of a strong business hotel.
